The Weighted Food Utensils provide additional weight to help stabilize hand and arm movements for those who experience tremors of the hands when dining. Each Weighted Eating Utensil weighs approximately 8 oz., about 1/2 pound.
The Weighted Eating Utensils with Large Handles Set of 4 have built up gray plastic vinyl handles that measure 4-1/2 inches long and 1- 1/8 inch diameter. The large heavy handles are easy to hold and have contours to fit the fingers. The fork tines, spoon bowls and the knife blade are all made of durable stainless steel. These weighted eating utensils are dishwasher safe.
