The smooth Lycra lining feels soft against the skin, and the slim, low profile design of breathable foam used in this wrap make it exceptionally easy to rest or sleep while wearing it. Adjustable dual tension straps and a rigid plantar surface stay help to prevent plantar flexion, calf muscle contractures, and control ankle dorsiflexion.

The wrap stays in place with the compression-formulated back, conforming around the heel and ankle to provide better foot positioning.
